Gorgeous landscaping with amazing ocean views.

I had a two week vacation planned and since we had difficulty choosing between two hotels we stayed one week in each. The Bayfront was the second hotel. We visited it during our first week and since we wanted a room on the first floor, the staff were very helpful and changed our booking. We chose it for the location right on the beach and were not disappointed - it is at the end of right on the beach - plenty of sun loungers. Even though this was the end year festivities period, we didn't have the feeling of being crowded. The room was spacious, though perhaps the furnishings are getting a bit tired compared to the Bhandari. The breakfasts were copious with a wide choice. I would certainly recommend the hotel - good value for money

The staff was amazing and we would definitely come back. The hotel was nice and amazing, really enjoyed the sea view from our deluxe room. Overall the service was excellent. Besides, the parking was on site. The restaurant was GOOD and the food was tasty.

It was just a commendable fit for resting at all in Takuapa with good value for cost. The staff were super friendly and always willing to help with our requests. Bring your own snacks as the menu options are limited.

Smart building, not much else.

The staff were pretentious and, by Thai standards, very unhelpful. The beds are rock hard, and the hotel is a long way out of Kao Lak centre. There is no shuttle bus, so must use taxis. After two days of feeling very unwelcome we moved out to the Nangthong Beach resort in Kao Lak itself, which was a huge improvement. Quiet, clean, friendly staff, much more convenient, and also cheaper.The Khaolak Bayfront Resort it not in KaoLak. It was a bad`experience and we were pleased to leave.

Reasonably priced food, overall beautiful and lovely place.

The hotel with fabulous rooms, in a very green area, far away from the area where the big resorts are. Super-friendly and fairly friendly staff in the whole venue. Marvellous and brilliant location, within a walking distance of everywhere

Khaolak Bayfront Resort boasts excellent design throughout.

The reception area was in a deplorable state with old furniture and a complete lack of information . The cleanliness left much to be desired. We found cobwebs at the entry of our room and a dirty fridge that was a real eyesore. The food options at the restaurant were limited, and the staff seemed untrained and unfriendly. It seemed like the resort is suffering from neglect.

Khaolak Bayfront Resort surprised me with its serene atmosphere. The clean, spacious room had a nice balcony overlooking lush greenery. The breakfast spread was good with fresh fruits and tasty omelettes cooked to order. Sunbathing on the pristine beach was a highlight. The cocktails from the pool bar were really good. I appreciated the quiet surroundings, perfectly suited for relaxation. A short walk to nearby shops and restaurants made everything accessible. The beach cleanliness was an issue. After storms, there was debris washed ashore that needed attention. Getting a new Wi-Fi password daily became a hassle. A peaceful stay with some room for improvements.

They upgraded us to a seaview room. The beach is nice and not very busy. Nice surroundings and garden.

This resort is 3-stars at most. Although the rooms are spacy and nice, the facilities are poor. No newspaper, no shuttle bus to the nearby village of Kao-Lak, no free internet, no gym. Breakfast is mediocre and low-quality. The meals in the restaurant are not pricey but it takes ages to get a meal after order. The resoirt is quite isolated, some 2-3 km S of Kao-Lak.

Clear water, perfect for swimming. We enjoyed the spacious pools and relaxing spa services. The only downside was the limited menu at the restaurant, but overall, staff were very accommodating and friendly. A fun surprise was the arrival of stray kittens in the garden, bringing lots of joy.

The rooms are reasonably large, the bar is nice. The location is best possible and peaceful and it is right by numerous restaurants, shops and bars, quiet beach, and a beautiful national park.

The food was cheap - a great selection of options. Our hotel was in a marvellous and stunning location to the town centre where most restaurants are located for the evening.

Loved the beachfront bungalow's fine view and spaciousness. The two nice pools were perfect for chilling after beach time.
